Economic Impact Studies: Martin Associates conducted an economic impact study for the Port of Albany in 1995.

Port of Albany Strategic Plan:  Martin Associates developed a strategic plan to position the Port more favorably in future commodity markets.  Other key issues identified in the analysis included the Port’s position on the Hudson River and its pricing of port and stevedoring services.

Port of Greater Cincinnati

Economic Impact Study: Martin Associates conducted an economic impact study for the Port of Greater Cincinnati in 2013.

Port of Cincinnati Market Assessment – Martin Associates was retained by the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority to provide a recommendations for the Port to grow.  It first assessed the market potential for non-containerized waterborne cargoes that would be loaded and/or discharged at river terminals within the Port’s jurisdiction. Secondly, the analysis focused on identifying non-waterborne containerized cargoes that originate in and/or are destined for the region and utilize the greater Cincinnati transportation assets such as rail and highway infrastructure.
